Marinated Chicken Italianoappetizers, chicken, poultry 1/2 cup wish-bone Italian dressing 3 pounds chicken pieces In shallow dish, pour dressing over chicken. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, for a maximum of 2 hours. More than two hours and the outside of the chicken will get mushy. Remove chicken, reserving marinade. Heat marinade to boiling for a minute. Grill or broil, turning and basting frequently with reserved marinade, until done. Also terrific with Wish-Bone Robusto Italian or Lite Italian Dressing. |
