Poached Eggs

2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1. Combine water, vinegar and salt in a deep, 1-quart, heat- resistant, non-metallic casserole. 2. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 1 1/2 minutes or until water mixture comes to a boil. 3. Carefully break eggs, 1 at a time, into the liquid. 4. Heat, covered with plastic wrap, in Microwave Oven 1 minute. 5. Let stand, covered, 1 minute or until eggs reach desired degree of doneness.
