Beef In Vinegar & Oil

1/3 oz beef, cooked and sliced
1 thinly.
1 apple,peeled and sliced
1 thinly
2 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoon broth
2 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoon chives, chopped
1.Put the meat, onion slices and the apple slices in a big bowl. Thin the vinegar with a little broth; add oil and pour over all. 2. Let it all sit and add the chives before serving with a hearty bread.
