Corn Tomatillio Salsa

1 cup roasted corn kernels
2 tomatillios, husked &
1 coarsley chopped
1 tablespoon red onion, finely diced
1 1/2 teaspoon jalapeno, minced
2 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
1/2 teaspoon honey

Combine all the ingrediants in a bowl & mix well. Season to taset with salt and pepper.
