Debbie's Date Balls
appetizers, cookies, desserts
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 pkg dates
1 can coconut
1 cup nuts (chopped)
2 cup rice krispies
1/2 cup margarine
Combine sugars, dates, coconut and butter. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add nuts and rice krispies. Butter hands, roll into balls and coat with powdered sugar.
