Deviled Eggs A La Jadi

9 hard-boiled eggs -- peel
1 shell
3 scallions -- finely chopped
12 oz cn tuna-drained and flaked
1 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
3/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame or peanut oil
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 salt and freshly ground
1 black pepper
1 paprika

Slice eggs in half, lengthwise. Remove hardened yolks to a mixing bowl. Add scallions, tuna, mustard, soy sauce, oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Fill egg white halves with tuna/egg yolk mixture. Sprinkle tops with paprika. Note: Crab meat or abalone may be substituted for the tuna. Recipe By : Diana Christian From:
