Madras Dip

2 each hard-boiled eggs
2 cup sour cream
2 cup curry powder
1 teaspoon onion (grated)
2 tablespoon green pepper (grated)
2 tablespoon celery (grated)
1 single seasonings
Add diced eggs to all other ingredients which have been smoothly blended in blender. Consistency is thin. Chill; sprinkle with paprika and serve with corn chips.
