Sweet Onion Quicheappetizers, cheese, eggs, pork 1 pie crust, unbaked 1/4 cup evaporated milk 3/4 cup onions, chopped 3 eggs 1/2 cup ham, diced 1/2 cup sour cream 3 tablespoon butter 1/2 cup crumbled bacon 1 1/2 cup mild american cheese, grated 1 cup swiss cheese, grated 1 cup caraway seed cheese, grated Melt butter in skillet; saute onions and ham until done. Place in bottom of unbaked pie crust. Mix cheese, milk, eggs, and sour cream and pour over onion and ham mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes; garnish with crumbled bacon.
