Caviar Mousse
appetizers, dips
7 hard-boiled eggs
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon water
1 small package unflavored gelatin
6 anchovy fillets
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pinch onion powder
1 pepper to taste
3 1/2 oz caviar
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
