Celeste's Salsa
appetizers, dressings
4 tomato; chopped fine
1/2 onion; chopped fine
1/2 celery; chopped fine
1/2 green bell pepper; chopped f
3 tablespoon green chiles; chopped fine
2 tablespoon wine vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard seed
1 teaspoon coriander; ground
1 dash black pepper; coarse
vinegar, mustard seed, coriander, and pepper. Pour over vegetables and mix. Chill. Store tightly covered in refrigerator. Keeps well.
