Hot Chicken Artichoke Dip

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken or turkey
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
4 cloves garlic; minced
8 chipotle peppers; minced
1 can artichoke hearts; chopped
Mix and bake in pie pan at 350F for 25 minutes. Serve with industrial strength tortilla chips. Stand back and accept the applause.
