Brisket Sauce

1/2 cup margarine
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoon sweet pickle relish, heaping
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 29-oz can tomato puree
