Grilled Sour Cream Burgers
beef
1/2 cup commercial sour cream/French onion
3 tablespoons fine dry breadcrumbs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 d pepper
1 pound ground beef
4 hamburger buns; buttered and
-- toasted
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Add ground beef; stir until blended.
Shape into 4 patties about 1/2-inch thick.
Grill over medium coals 6 to 8 minutes on each side.
Serve on buns with additional sour cream dip, if desired. Yield: 4 servings.
