Ketchup Meat Loafbeef, sandwiches 3/4 kg lean minced beef 1 cup soft bread crumbs 1 egg 1/3 cup tomato ketchup 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/2 cup chopped onions 1/2 teaspoon oregano Combine ingredients, mix well, bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
