Marinated Flank Steak - 4


beef, marinade

1 1/2 pounds flank steak
1/2 cup sherry; (cooking)
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons oil
1 large garlic clove; minced
1/4 teaspoon ginger

Score steak in criss-cross pattern on both sides. Combine remaining ingredients and marinate, covered, in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Turn occasionally. Grill over medium coals for about 10 minutes per side or to your desired degree of doneness.
