Moon's Marinated Flank Steakbeef, marinade 1 flank steak 2 cloves garlic crushed 2 1/2 tablespoons vinegar 1/4 cup honey 1 1/2 teaspoons ginger 3/4 cup vegetable oil Combine all and marinate overnight. Or freeze in Ziploc bag and refrigerate the night before cooking. Grill as usual. |
