Rod's Steak Marinadebeef, marinade 2 tablespoons dark sweet soy sauce 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon fish sauce 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 cloves garlic; minced Mix ingredients together and marinade steak in a bowl or shallow pan for 2 to 4 hours, turning a few times to coat the meat.
