2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon dried majorum leaves
1 horseradish sauce
3 tablespoon unbleached flour
1/2 cup water
----GARNISHES----
1 tomato wedges
1 sprigs parsley
----HORSERADISH SAUCE----
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
2 1/2 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1/8 teaspoon salt
