Beef Braised In Beer
beef
1/2 cup flour
2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 lb beef chuck; cubed
3 tablespoon oil
2 cup onions; sliced
2 cl garlic; minced
1 bay leaf
2 tablespoon tomato paste
2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 can beef broth
2 cup beer
Preheat oven to 325.
Mix flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge meat in mixture. Heat oil in Dutch oven; brown meat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer. Cover and bake in oven 2 hours.
