Tangy Grilled Sirloinbeef, marinade 1 steak; sirloin boneless ***MARINADE*** 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 3/4 cup ketchup 1 medium onion; chopped 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup butter or margarine 1 tablespoon vinegar 1 teaspoon pepper; lemon 1 teaspoon mustard; dry 1/4 teaspoon pepper; cayenne 3 drops hot pepper sauce Combine all ingredients except steak in small saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Prepare grill. Place steak on grill rack over medium coals. Grill steak 16-20 minutes for rare to med, turning once. Brush cooked side frequently with sauce. Carve steak into thin slices and serve with remaining sauce. |
