Cheeseburger Rice

1 lb hamburger
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup catsup
2 tablespoon mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cup minute rice, uncooked
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Brown meat and onion in large skillet; drain fat. Stir in water, catsup mustard, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand five minutes. Fluff with fork. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Let stand 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
