Cottage Cheese Dip

2 tablespoon milk
12 oz cottage cheese, creamed
1/4 cup salad dressing (mayonnaise)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 dash cayenne
1 teaspoon onion salt
Place milk, cottage cheese, salad dressing, garlic powder, cayenne, and onion salt in blender. Blend 1 minute or until cheese is smooth.
Pour mixture into a bowl. Cover and chill.
Serve with crisp vegetable sticks.
Makes 1-3/4 cups dip Calories per 1 tablespoon serving: About 25
