1 1/2 tablespoon sugar
3 cup bread flour
1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
1 teaspoon dried onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoon dry milk
2 teaspoon pizza spice *
2 tablespoon parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic salt
3 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup warm water
1/4 cup plus 2 tbs tomato sauce
----1 LB LOAF----
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
2 cup bread flour
1/4 cup chopped pepperoni
1/2 teaspoon dried onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoon dry milk
1 1/2 teaspoon pizza spice *
4 teaspoon parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
2 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup warm water
1/4 cup tomato sauce

* Paul Prudhomme's Hot and Sweet Pizza and Pasta Magic is very good with this. Note 1: For Panasonic/National machines, use 3 1/2 teaspoons of yeast for the 1 1/2 pound loaf.
