1 1/4 cup water
2 tablespoon margarine or butter; softened
3 1/4 cup bread flour
1/2 cup instant mashed potatoes; dry
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 3/4 teaspoon regular active dry yeast; or
2 3/4 teaspoon bread machine yeast; or
2 3/4 teaspoon fast-rising yeast
