1 x no ingredients
2 cups flour 1 cup sugar 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/s cup nuts (your preference) 1/4 cup oil 1 tsp grated orange peel 3/4 cup orange juice 1 egg 1 cup cranberries
1. Sift dry ingredients, add oil. 2. Combine orange peel, juice & egg. Fold in berries & nuts. 3. Bake at 350 for 60 minutes in 9 x 5 x 3 pan. Cool 10 minutes. Wrap & store
