1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup melted butter (1 stick)
2 pkg yeast
1/2 cup warm water
2 eggs
4 cup flour
----CREAM CHEESE FILLING----
16 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1 beaten egg
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon vanilla
Heat sour cream over low heat. Add sugar, salt, butter. Cook to lukewarm. Sprinkle yeast over water in a large bowl. Add sour cream mixture, eggs and flour. Cover tightly overnight in refrigerator. In the morning, divide dough into 4 equal parts. Roll out one at a time to 8 x 12 inches. Spread 1/4 cream cheese mixture on each. Roll as a jelly roll, tucking ends under and place on greased cookie sheet. Slit along both sides only scoring through 2 layers of dough. Let rise in a warm place, covered for one hour. Bake at 375 for 12 to 15 minutes.
