Reuben Breadbreads 2 1/2 teaspoon active yeast 2 1/4 cup bread flour 1 cup rye flour 2 tablespoon gluten 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/8 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon caraway seeds 3 oz swiss cheese, shredded 1/4 cup sauerkraut,rinsed & drained 3 tablespoon thousand island dressing 1 cup plus 2 tbs warm water 2 1/2 oz deli sliced lean corn 1 beef All ingredients must be at room temperature except water at 110 degree F.
