Cheesecake - Carol Orange

100 g flour
50 g sugar
5 ml lemon rind
1 1/2 ml vanilla
1 egg yolk
50 g softened butter
1 kg cream cheese
300 g sugar
20 g flour
7 ml orange rind
7 ml lemon rind
1 1/2 ml vanilla
5 eggs
2 egg yolks
50 ml cream

1. Mix crust ingredients; press into a baking pan. Bake 10 minutes at 200 ¿C . 2. Combine filling ingredients; mix well, and pour into baked crust. 3. Bake at 225 ¿C for 10-12 minutes. 4. Reduce to 100 ¿C for 1 hour. Difficulty : easy to moderate. Precision : measure the ingredients.
