Andrea's Coffee Cakebreads, breakfast 1/4 lb margarine 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 2 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon vanilla ----FOR THE FILLING---- 1/4 teaspoon brown sugar 1 tablespoon cinnamon 1/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup chopped nuts 1 =========================== 3 tablespoon melted butter Mix all ingredients for the cake together. Beat 3 minutes. Put 1/2 of the batter into a well greased tube pan. Sprinkle with half the filling mixture. Pour remaining batter on top. Sprinkle with remaining filling topping. Pour 3 T melted butter over the top of the cake and bake at 350F for 45 min.
