1/2 lb flour
4 oz castor sugar
1 egg
4 oz lard
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
SLAPAN SIR FON Rub the fat into the flour and add the other dry ingredients. Beat the egg lightly and add with enough milk to make a soft rolling consistency. Bake spoons- ful of the mixture on a greased griddle.
