Apple-cheddar Spread

1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese,
1 softened
5 teaspoon milk or enough for spreading
1 consistency
1 cup (4oz) shredded mild cheddar
1 cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped apple
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/2 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
