Apricot-pecan Loaf

2 cup flour
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
2 tablespoon cooking oil
3/4 cup apricot nectar
2 cup dried apricots, chopped
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Apricot-Pecan Loaf
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, & salt. Add egg, oil, & apricot nectar & blend well. Add apricots & pecans. Put into greased loaf pan & bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour. Cool & slice.
10 servings.
