Banana Creme Crepes

4 bananas (divided use)
1 8oz container cream caramel
1 flavored yogurt
1/2 cup whipped cream or frozen
1 non-dairy whipped topping,
1 thawed, plus additional for
1 garnish
6 ready-made crepes
1 maple or chocolate syrup
Place 2 bananas in a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth. Add yogurt; blend. Stir in whipped topping.
Slice remaining bananas into coins. Set aside, 12 slices for topping. Place crepe on each serving plate: divide yogurt mixture over each crepe. Divide remaining banana slices and whipped cream or topping. Drizzle syrup over each crepe. Makes 6 servings.
