Barbecue Sauce - Adventures In Microwave

1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 dash garlic powder
1 dash pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 medium onion, chopped

1. Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart glass casserole. Cover with waxed paper. 2. Cook in microwave oven 3 minutes at High, or until hot; stir once. Yield: about 1-1/2 cups. SOURCE: Adventures in microwave cooking
