Cabbage Relish #1


relishes

3 large cabbage
2 quart onions; grated
2 quart vinegar
3 tablespoon salt
6 tablespoon mustard
3 tablespoon turmeric
1 cup flour

Cook first 7 ingredients for 1 1/2 hours until tender. Mix flour with water to make a paste. Then add flour paste to other ingredients. Stir and cook 10 minutes. Put in sterilized jars and seal.
