Asian Marinade


marinade, salsa, sauces

1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
3 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
3 whole scallions -- thinly
1 sliced
1 white, lt. green onl
1 small jalapeno -- sliced thin,
1 crosswi
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
8 thin strips orange zest
