Avocado Salsa Cruda

1/2 cup avocado; finely diced
1/2 cup chopped tomato; peeled
1/2 cup red onion; diced
1/4 cup jalapeno; finely diced
1/4 cup bell pepper; finely diced
1/4 cup fresh parsley; chopped
1/8 tablespoon sugar
salt
Chop each vegetable by hand or with food processor. Mix together in a non-aluminum bowl. Add the sugar and salt to taste. Adjust the seasonings if necessary. Let the salsa sit for at least 1 hr. Stir well before serving.
Yield: Approx. 2 cups
