Mango Salsa
salsa
2 ripe mangos; peeled and chopped
1 medium red onion; chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
2 fresh jalapenos; chopped, up to 3
1 lime; Juice of
grated rind of that lime
1 dash salt
Mix it all and let chill for at least one hour. Really delicious as an after- Q nibble... hits the palette spot refreshingly.
