Papaya-tomatillo Salsa


salsa

1 large papaya; peeled, seeded,
-- coarsely chopped
4 medium tomatillos; husked,
-- coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons finely-diced red onion
1 tablespoon minced jalapeno
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup cilantro coarsely-chopped
1 teaspoon honey
salt; to taste
freshly-ground black pepper; to taste
