Salsa - For Fish Or ?
salsa
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 each medium onion, diced
2 each cloves of garlic, crushed
2 each medium tomatoes, seed, chop
2 each jalopenos, seeded, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon cummin
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
In a microwave safe dish, combine olive oil, onion, jalopenos, garlic, tomatoes, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper. Stir to mix well. Cover with wax paper. Place in microwave, on high, for 4 minutes. Stir after 2 minutes.
