salsa

28 oz canned, chopped, peeled -
1 tomatoes
7 oz chopped green chiles
2 bunches green onions, -
1 chopped
1 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 hot pepper sauce or
1 jalapenos chopped

Combine tomatoes, chiles, onions, sugar, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add hot pepper sauce or chopped jalapenos to taste. Makes about 1 1/2 quarts of salsa.
