Salsa De Chile Chipotle
salsa
1 each onion, finely chopped
1 each clove garlic, chopped
2 tablespoon oil
2 each tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 dash salt, pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 each canned chipotle to taste
Tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped. Canned chipotle to taste, chopped. Saute onion and garlic until tender but not brown. Add the rest and cook gently 15 minutes. Makes 2 cups.
