Congressional Bean Soup


crockpot, soups

1 lb small white beans
8 cup water
2 cup ham, diced
1 cup onion, diced
1 cup celery, chopped
2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 each bay leaf
