Barbecued Pork
crockpot, low-cal, meats
4.00 lb pork or beef roast
1.00 medium onion; sliced
0.50 cup hickory smoke flavored bbq sauce
3.00 cup water
0.75 cup regular bbq sauce
Cook meat and onion in crock pot on high for 4 to 6 hours or on low overnight.
Drain water and throw out onion. Add BBQ sauces and cook on low for 1 hour.
