Creole Black Beans

2.00 lb smoked sausage, 1 pieces
3.00 can black beans (15 oz.) drained
1.50 cup chopped onions
1.50 cup chopped green pepper
1.50 cup chopped celery
4.00 each cloves garlic, chopped
2.00 teaspoon leaf thyme
1.50 teaspoon leaf oregano
1.50 teaspoon white pepper
0.25 teaspoon black pepper
0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1.00 each chicken bouillon cube
5.00 each bay leaves
8.00 oz tomato sauce
1.00 cup water

Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Drain fat and transfer to crock-pot. Combine remaining ingredients in crock-pot. Cover and cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours. Remove bay leaves. Serve over cooked rice.
