Fall Lamb & Vegetable Stew

2.00 lb lamb stew meat
2.00 tomatoes
1.00 summer squash
1.00 zucchini
1.00 potatoes
1.00 can mushrooms; sliced
0.50 cup bell peppers; chopped
1.00 cup onions; chopped
2.00 teaspoon salt
1.00 garlic cloves; crushed
0.50 teaspoon thyme leaves
1.00 bay leaves
2.00 cup stock; chicken
2.00 tablespoon butter
2.00 tablespoon flour
Recipe by: 20 Peel, seed, and chop tomatoes. Slice summer squash and zucchini. Dice= potatoes.
Place lamb and vegetables in crockpot. Mix salt, garlic, thyme, and bay= leaf into stock; pour over lamb and vegetables. Cover and cook on low 8= hours. (Don't peek. Lifting the lid prolongs cooking time.)=20 Turn to high. Blend flour and butter, then shape into small balls. Drop= into stew and cook, stirring several times, until thickened. Serve over= hot noodles or rice.
