3.00 tablespoon instant coffee granules
0.50 cup coffee liqueur
0.25 cup creme de cacoa liqueur
0.75 cup whipped cream
2.00 tablespoon semi-sweet chocolate, grated
In slow-cooker, combine hot water, coffee, and liqueurs. Cover and heat on LOW 2-4 hours. Ladle into mugs or heat-proof glasses. Top with whipped cream and grated chocolate.
