Joan Mershon's Spanish Rice
crockpot, grains
1.00 onion, diced
1.00 green pepper, minced
2.00 tomatoes, peeled, quartered
15.00 oz tomato sauce
1.50 cup water
2.00 teaspoon chili powder
2.00 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1.50 teaspoon garlic powder
0.75 cup brown rice
2.00 tablespoon salsa
Stir all ingredients together. Cover and cook on low 7-10 hours.
