Lora Brody's Plugged-in Marmalade


crockpot, fruits/nuts, jelly/jam, low-cal

4.00 large navel oranges; (4 to 5)
1 (about 3-1/2 to 4 lbs. total)
2.50 cup granualted sugar
1.00 cup water

Trim off the stem and navel ends of each orange, cut it in half and slice red as much as possible (don't leave nay clinging to the sides). Cover and into jars and refrigerate. Makes about 4 cups. Posted in KitMail by Blanche007@aol.com. May have to adjust cooking times according to crock pot.
