Pinto Bean With Ham

1.00 lb dried pinto beans
5.50 cup water
1.00 large onion, chopped
0.25 lb cooked ham, chopped
1.00 garlic clove, minced
1.00 tablespoon chili powder
1.00 teaspoon salt
1.00 teaspoon pepper
0.25 teaspoon dried oregano
0.25 teaspoon ground cumin
Sort and wash beans; place in a 5 quart slow cooker. Stir in 5 1/2 cups water and remaining ingredients.
